Ingredientes

  • 6 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry tarragon
  • 1 lg. garlic clove, halved
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Season chicken, place in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish, combine wine, tarragon, and garlic, pour over chicken. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done. Garnish with parsley.
