Ingredientes

1 c. rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 can Veg-All

2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Healthy pinch saffron

Direcciones

Saute/fry veggies in butter; add in rice and saute/fry till golden brown. Add in liquid and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce, and cook till liquid is absorbed.
