- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 can Veg-All
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Healthy pinch saffron
Direcciones
- Saute/fry veggies in butter; add in rice and saute/fry till golden brown. Add in liquid and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce, and cook till liquid is absorbed.
