Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Medium noodles, cooked and .liquid removed
  • 2 c. Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed basil
  • 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 pkt 10 ounce frzn, liquid removed, .minced and thawed spinach
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme, crushed

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, lowfat sour cream, salt, tabasco, basil and thyme.
  2. Stir in noodles. Turn into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 min.
