Ingredientes

  • 8 c. water
  • 1/4 c. fine Sea Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 x bay leaves
  • 2 x cloves
  • 1 x cinnamon stick
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper corns
  • 2 clv garlic

Direcciones

  1. Stir this while bringing it to a boil. Let the brine cold.
  2. Then soak the pork in it for 10 hrs at room temperature.
  3. 6 hrs if in chops. I like to put the brine and pork in a Zip Lock bag, then suck the air out of the bag.
  4. Dry the pork well with paper towels. Now your pork is ready for any recipe.
  5. Here are some other brines:12 c. water9 Tbsp fine Sea Salt1&1/2 c. brown sugar16 Tbsp molasses

  7. 4 c. Gin4 Tbsp Blk. pepper8 Tbsp Juniper berries5 Tbsp fine Sea Salt2 c. Maple Syrup
  8. or possibly
  9. 10 c. Water1 c. Sugar1/2 c. Sea salt12 juniper berries12 cloves12 black peppercorns3 bay leaves
