Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 Lb Loaf:
  • 1 3/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 3/4 c. Bread Flour + 2 Tablespoons
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 x egg yolk
  • 1/4 c. Water + 2T
  • 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter

Direcciones

  1. Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf.
  2. Follow manufactures instructions for basic bread cycle BUT: cut butter into tbs size pcs and begin adding butter 1 tbs each minute 10 min before the end of the kneading cycle.This is done because of the large porportion of butter needs to be adequately absorbed. Produces a light, rich.,sweet loaf .Note: as with any bread machine recipe, you may have to slightly adjust the flour and or possibly water to get the right bread machine consistency.
