Ingredientes
- about 500 g broad beans
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 150 ml arborio or carnaroli rice
- 100 ml white wine or Noilly Prat
- about 400 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 40 g Gruyère or Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
