Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Trimmed Broccoli Florets
  • 2 lb Frzn or possibly Fresh Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 c. Melted Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese Salt & Pepper To Taste

Direcciones

  1. Steam the broccoli in a vegetable steamer till al dente (slightly crunchy). Boil the baby carrots in water to cover till just fork tender. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and carrots. Add in the melted margarine and parmesan cheese and toss to coat and mix the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Serve immediately with grilles steaks.
