Ingredientes
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch of Swiss Chard or spinach ( about 1 lb), stems and leaves chopped
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into 1-inch florets
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
