Healthier Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Alright, if you are like me you love a good cheesy casserole. But if you're like me you also don't like all the calories and fat that those contain.... So, I've been experimenting and here's what I have come up with for a Broccoli Cheese Casserole!
- Broccoli Cheese Casserole:
- 4 c. Cooked Brown Rice
- 3 c. Broccoli (Could also have some carrots and cauliflower in there too.)
- 1/2 c. Skim Milk
- 1 c. Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1. Combine the cooked rice, milk and broccoli in a bowl.
2. Then add the cheese and mix together.
3. Put in a casserole dish, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4-6 servings.
