Ingredientes
- 1 c. steamed broccoli
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- Dash of garlic
- 1 ounce shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. steamed broccoli
- 1 Bialy or possibly onion roll
- 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Place broccoli on slice of bread. Sprinkle garlic on top. Spread cheese over broccoli and cover with other slice of bread. Cook in non-stick pan over a very low flame for approximately 5 - 10 min, flipping the sandwich halfway through the time. (Bialy's take a little longer.) If non-stick pan is unavailable, spray pan with Pam first and again when you flip the sandwich.
