- 1/2 green bell pepper (capsicum)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (capsicum)
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic

- 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped spring onions

- 2 tbsp of red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp of hot Chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of cornflour
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp of oil
