Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Flour, plus
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine, plus
  • 2 tsp Margarine
  • 1/4 c. Yogurt, plain
  • 1 c. Broccoli, minced
  • 1/4 c. Scallions, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Bacon bits, imitation
  • 8 ounce Swiss cheese, shredded, divided
  • 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and 1/4teaspoon salt in mixing bowl. Cut in margarine till mix resembles a coarse meal. Add in yogurt and mix thoroughly; form into a ball. Roll dough out to approximately 1/8" thickness. Fit into a 9" pie pan or possibly quiche dish; flute or possibly crimp edges and set aside. Combine vegetables and bacon bits.
  2. Cover bottom of pastry shell with 4 ounces cheese; add in entire vegetable mix. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, and pepper. Pour egg mix over vegetables; top proportionately with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 F for 50-60 min or possibly until knife, when inserted in center, comes out clean.
  3. Remove from oven and let stand 10 min before serving.
