  • 12 ears of corn
  • Butter
  • Salt

  1. Soak the corn in cold water for a couple min. Broil on an outdoor grill over hot coals, turning frequently for about 15 to 20 min, depending on the heat of the fire. Be careful not to scorch the corn. The husks and silk will pull off easily when cooked. Serve with lots of butter and salt.
