Broiled Flank Steak with a Horseradish Cream Sauce

Great cut of beef for a nice family meal. Makes great leftovers-sandwiches.

Ingredientes

  • 5 pounds Beef Flank Steak (I but from my Meat/Butcher Market)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • one tablespoons Black Pepper
  • one teaspoon garlic salt
  • one teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons prepared horseradish, optional
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream, optional
  • squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • one teaspoon fresh chopped chives

Direcciones

  1. Season your cut of beef both sides, place on a rimmed baking sheet pan under your broiler (broil to your desired doneness)
  2. Remove from oven allow to rest (to redistribute juices) cut on the bias (against the grain) in thick slices
  3. Serve with optional Horseradish Cream Sauce
