Ingredientes

  • Hazelnut Butter (see recipe)
  • 4 x salmon fillets - (1 to 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

  1. Prepare Hazelnut Butter.
  2. Set oven control to broil. Grease shallow roasting pan or possibly jelly-roll pan, 15 1/2- by 10 1/2- by 1-inch.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Place in pan. Broil fish with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 4 min; turn and spread each fillet with about 1 Tbsp. Hazelnut Butter. Broil till fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 8 min.
