Broiled Salmon with Miso Glaze

Glaze ingredients.
Combine all glaze ingredients except peanut oil and whisk to combine.
Gradually add peanut oil while whisking to form an emulsion.
Skin and removed pin bones from 12 oz salmon fillets. Cut into 2 fillets.
Generously coat fillets with glaze on both sides.
Broil on baking sheet about 8" from the heating element on the highest broiler setting. Cooking time may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the fillets.
Broil for 5 minutes. Turn and coat with more glaze. Broil for 5 more minutes or until fillets are lightly browned and firm to the touch.
I served the salmon with wasabi smashed red potatoes, wok vegetables and fried wasabi green peas. Pinot Noir worked well for a wine selection.
