Broiled Scallops With Italian Breadcrumbs

Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce fresh sea scallops
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix together bread crumbs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Add in to this: 1 teaspoon paprikaBlend thoroughly.
  2. Toss scallops in bread crumb mix, coating well. Place scallops in an individual casserole dish.
  3. Drizzle with: 1/8 c. lemon juice 1 ounce melted butter
  4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves one.
