Ingredientes

  • 15 x todok roots (white roots)
  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. After soaking and peeling the todok (Codonopsis Lanceolata), remove the bitterness by soaking the them in salted water; then pat them dry. Slice the todok thinly and lb. it flat with a mallet.
  2. Mix the red pepper paste with the soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame salt and sesame oil. Simmer the mix till thickened.
  3. Broil the todok on a grill and baste it with the seasoned red pepper paste.
