Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb mushrooms halved
  • 1/4 c. chopped shallots or possibly green onions
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in skillet over medium heat, add in mushrooms and cook 5 min till soft. Remove mushrooms from skillet.
  2. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil, add in shallots and garlic and cook 4 min till soft. Stir in flour. Gradually add in broth and wine. Cook and stir till thickened, 5 min.
  3. Add in tomato paste, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly. Serve with meatloaf or possibly turkey.
  4. This recipe yields 2 1/2 c. for 10 servings.
