Brown Rice Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Cooked brown rice
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs -or possibly-
  • 3 sm Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Raisins (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat lowfat milk to just below boiling and add in rice. Beat Large eggs, add in sugar, vanilla and raisins. Combine with rice-lowfat milk mix and pour into shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 min till custard is hard.
  2. NOTE: Brown rice is raw rice that has not been polished to the white stage usually seen.
