Ingredientes

  • 4 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Or possibly
  • 1 pkt (4 ounce.) Baker's German's Sweet Baking Chocolate
  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts -- optional
  • 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Cold Whip Whipped Topping thawed

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. (325 degrees for glass pie plate) Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. Stir till chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla. Fold in flour, then nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 25 to 30 min. Cold.
  4. Pour lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  5. Let stand 2 min. Spread over brownie pie. Top with whipped topping.
  6. Garnish with grated Baker's Chocolate. Chill till ready to serve.
