  • 4 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Or possibly
  • 1 pkt (4 ounce.) Baker's German's Sweet Baking Chocolate
  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts -- optional
  • 2 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Cold Whip Whipped Topping thawed

  1. * Heat oven to 350 degrees. (325 degrees for glass pie plate) Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
  2. * Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. Stir till chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla. Fold in flour, then nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 25 to 30 min. Cold.
  4. * Pour lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  5. Let stand 2 min. Spread over brownie pie. Top with whipped topping.
  6. Garnish with grated Baker's Chocolate. Chill till ready to serve.
