Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Low-sulfur Molasses
  • 1/4 c. Bourbon
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Dijon or possibly Creole Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Note: Use this glaze to marinate portk or possibly beef ribs before grilling or possibly broiling; paint on lamb or possibly pork chops, duck breast, or possibly ham before baking.
  2. Baste with the mix several times during cooking. 1. In a small bowl,combine sugar, molasses, bourbon, soy, and Worchestershire. Wiht a whisk, mix the ingredients till sugar has dissolved. 2. Add in mustard and pepper and whisk till smooth.
