Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound sausage links or possibly patties, browned
  • 8 to 10 slices cubed bread, no crusts
  • 3/4 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 large eggs or possibly 1 box eggbeaters
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 T mustard
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. vermouth, optional

Direcciones

  1. Place cubes of bread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place browned sausage over bread and top with cheese. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk and mustard. Pour egg mix over all. Chill overnight. When ready to bake, mix soup with vermouth; pour over top and spread to sides. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees.
