Ingredientes

  • 8 slc Italian bread day old prefered
  • 2 cl garlic, large, cut in half extra virgin extra virgin olive oil salt fresh grnd black pepper
  • 16 x tomato slices, fresh
  • 8 x basil leaves, fresh

Direcciones

  1. Toast the bread lightly and rub with garlic while still warm. Season with salt and lots of pepper, and pour sufficient oil on each slice to soak thoroughly.
  2. Place two slices of tomato on each piece of bread and top with a basil leaf.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano and serve immediately.
