Receta Bruschetta With Tomato Salsa

- Cut some of the bread into diagonal fingers. Preheat a ridged grill pan and when warm, toast the bread both sides. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and then rub with a garlic clove.
- Skin the tomatoes, and chop finely. Mix with the red onion, green pepper and spices. Season well.
- To serve spoon the salsa on top, then add in little cubes of goats cheese chevre.
