Receta Bruschetta With Tomato Salsa

Ingredientes
- Country style bread Extra virgin olive oil Garlic
- 2 x Ripe large plum tomatoes
- 2 tsp Red onion, minced
- 1/2 sm Green pepper, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh coriander, minced
- 1 x Cubes semi-soft goats cheese to sprinkle on top
Direcciones
- Cut some of the bread into diagonal fingers. Preheat a ridged grill pan and when warm, toast the bread both sides. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and then rub with a garlic clove.
- Skin the tomatoes, and chop finely. Mix with the red onion, green pepper and spices. Season well.
- To serve spoon the salsa on top, then add in little cubes of goats cheese chevre.
