Buckwheat Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Buckwheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lrg Egg

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine lowfat milk, oil, and egg; stir well. Add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth. Spoon about 1/3 c. batter for each pancake onto a warm nonstick griddle or possibly nonstick skillet. Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked.
