Receta Buckwheat Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Buckwheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 lrg Egg
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine lowfat milk, oil, and egg; stir well. Add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth. Spoon about 1/3 c. batter for each pancake onto a warm nonstick griddle or possibly nonstick skillet. Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked.
