Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream (1/2 pt.)
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. nuts (English walnuts)

Direcciones

  1. Cream 1/2 lb butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add in large eggs and lowfat sour cream. Mix and add in the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in vanilla.FILLING: Heat 2 tbsp butter; add in 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Using a bundt pan, grease and flour good, starting with filling, put a light sprinkle on bottom, then a layer of dough and alternate filling and dough. Twice end with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 min before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for looks.
