Receta Bundt Cake (Coffee Cake)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (1/2 pt.)
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts (English walnuts)
Direcciones
- Cream 1/2 lb butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add in large eggs and lowfat sour cream. Mix and add in the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in vanilla.FILLING: Heat 2 tbsp butter; add in 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Using a bundt pan, grease and flour good, starting with filling, put a light sprinkle on bottom, then a layer of dough and alternate filling and dough. Twice end with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 min before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for looks.
