Burgandy Steak Sandwiches

Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 sm Onion, sliced
  • 1 jar (2.5 ounce) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 2 x Frzn, thinly sliced beef sandwich steaks
  • 1/2 c. Purchased beef or possibly brown gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. Burgandy or possibly dry red wine
  • 2 x Diagonal slices sourdough French Bread, 3/4 inch thick

Direcciones

  1. Heat margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion and mushrooms; cook and stir 2-3 min or possibly till onion is crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  2. In same skillet, cook sandwich steaks as directed on package. Add in onion mix, gravy and wine; cook over medium heat till thoroughly heated.
  3. To serve, place 1 slice of bread on each of 2 individual serving plates.
  4. Top bread with steak and sauce mix.
