Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Raisins chop fine
  • 1 lb Pecan chop fine
  • 5 c. Butter soft
  • 11 c. Sugar
  • 12 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Maple syrup
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Vanilla extract
  • 12 c. Quick-cooking oats
  • 21 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 24 ounce Butterscotch chips

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, a few at a time, mixing well after each. Add in syrup, lowfat milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and pecans. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; stir into oat mix. Mix in chips. Cover and refrigeratefor 2 hrs. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
