  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, a few at a time, mixing well after each. Add in syrup, lowfat milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and pecans. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; stir into oat mix. Mix in chips. Cover and refrigeratefor 2 hrs. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
