Ingredientes

  • 1 lb pasta of choice
  • 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. While 1 lb. of pasta of choice cooks, heat the butter in a small saucepan. Add in 1/2 c. of pasta cooking water and heat through.
  2. Toss al dente pasta into the pan with the butter and add in cheese to heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
