Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
  • 1 heaping T sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, place biscuit mix, sugar, salt, cream of tartar and baking pwdr. Add in butter to center of mix and pour lowfat milk around it. Mix dough thoroughly with lightly floured hands. Roll mix into little balls and pat into place on a cookie sheet. Freeze till hard. Place biscuits into plastic bags and return to freezer till needed. Bake 400 degrees for 12 min. Makes 50 little bite-sized biscuits.Note: You may bake before freezing, if you like.
