3 cl Garlic, chopped
3 tsp Fresh rosemary leaves, Removed from the stem
1/2 tsp Orange or possibly lemon zest
1 Tbsp. White wine Or possibly orange juice Or possibly lemon juice
1/4 tsp Or possibly more crushed dry red Chile pepper Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb Unsalted butter (1 stick), Softened.
Direcciones
