Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Solid vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp Clear vanilla extract
  • 4 c. Confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and shortening with electric mixer. add in vanilla. gradually add in sugar, one c. at a time, beating well on meduim speed. scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. When all sugar has been mixed in, icing will appear dry. add in lowfat milk and beat at medium speed till light and fluffy. keep icing covered with a damp cloth till ready to use. for best results, keep icing bowl in refrigerator when not in use. this icing can be stored for 2 weeks.
