Receta Buttermilk Batter For Onion Rings

- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and soda
Direcciones
- Mix all together. Cut large onions in 1/4 inch slices. Break into rings. Soak in ice water 2 hrs. Remove. Dry on paper towels. Dip in batter and fry in deep hot fat. When brown remove and drain on paper towels.
