Receta Buttermilk Chicken Chopped Salad
Ingredientes
- 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup panko
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups mixed salad greens, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- snap peas cut on the diagonal
- 3 ounces Sliced almonds
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 knob of fresh ginger, peeled (about the size of a garlic clove)
- 3 ounces soy sauce
- 1 ounce red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 1 ounce water
- Serve with dressing on the side or pour two tablespoons of dressing for each serving
- 8 PP with 2 Tablespoons salad dressing
