%20because%20I%20thought%20I%20had%20squash%20and%20didn't%20and%20then%20I%20thought%20I%20had%20enough%20pumpkin%20and%20didn't%20so%20had%20to%20use%20some%20applesauce.%20But%20I%20really%20think%20it%20would%20be%20just%20as%20good%20with%20the%20squash%20I%20mean%20lets%20face%20it%20pumpkin%20is%20pretty%20much%20categorized%20as%20a%20squash%20isn't%20it?!!!!%20Give%20this%20healthy%20bread%20a%20try%20you%20won't%20regret%20it.%20Especially%20yummy%20warm%20with%20a%20little%20bit%20of%20butter!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%20Grease%20a%209x5%20inch%20loaf%20pan.%20Set%20aside.%20In%20a%20large%20bowl,%20mix%20the%20browned%20butter%20and%20the%20agave%20or%20honey.%20Mix%20in%20eggs%20until%20well%20blended,%20about%201%20minute.%20Mix%20in%20squash%20puree%20or%20the%20pumpkin%20and%20the%20vanilla%20until%20thoroughly%20combined.%20Slowly%20add%20in%20all%20the%20dry%20ingredients%20until%20just%20mixed,%20Do%20not%20over%20mix.%20Pour%20in%20prepared%20loaf%20pan.%20Bake%20for%20about%2040-45%20minutes%20or%20until%20a%20toothpick%20inserted%20in%20center%20comes%20out%20clean.%20Serve%20warm%20with%20a%20little%20bit%20of%20butter%20and%20a%20bowl%20of%20soup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*to%20make%20squash%20puree:%20halve%20and%20clean%20squash.%20brush%20with%20olive%20oil.%20Place%20squash%20(cut%20side%20up)%20on%20a%20lined%20baking%20sheet%20and%20roast%20at%20425%20until%20fork%20tender,%20about%2030-45%20minutes.%20Squash%20will%20easily%20scoop%20right%20out%20of%20skin%20when%20it%20is%20done%20roasting.%20Place%20in%20food%20processor%20or%20blender%20and%20puree%20till%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeriously%20so%20tasty.%20Must%20give%20it%20a%20try.%20The%20bread%20is%20great%20without%20butter%20as%20well.%20I%20am%20not%20one%20that%20usually%20slathers%20my%20breads%20with%20butter.%20I%20like%20them%20with%20nothing%20on%20them%20but%20I%20really%20liked%20this%20with%20the%20butter.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
