Receta Butterscotch Brownies With Caramel Icing

- Preheat oven to 350 . Mix all brownie ingredients and spread in a buttered 8x8 pan. Bake for 25 min. Cold in pan and spread with caramel icing.
- Cut into squares. To make icing, heat butter and cook till brown. Add in brown sugar and continue cooking, stirring till sugar is completely melted. Pour in Half and Half (or possibly lowfat milk) and stir. Cold. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat till thick sufficient to spread.
- Yield: 12 brownies.
