- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 c. coarsely shredded red cabbage
- 1 x Granny Smith apple peeled and minced fine
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley leaves

- In a bowl stir together the yogurt, the lowfat sour cream, and the honey, add in the
- cabbage, the apple, the onion, the parsley, and salt and pepper to taste, and stir the salad till it is combined well.
