Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb grnd chuck
  • 3 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 x onion, diced Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 x beef bouillon cube
  • 1 c. boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef with minced onion, salt and pepper. Place shredded cabbage in bottom of ungreased large casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and mix with soup. Pour beef over cabbage; pour soup and bouillon over beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Serves 4 to 6.
