Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x cabbage, green
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. onions, medium
  • 1 c. ham
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 2 c. Bechamel (white) sauce
  • 1/2 c. cream salt, pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Finely slice onions, cabbage and ham.
  2. Heat butter in a large pan, add in onion and cook gently 3 min to soften. Add in cabbage, ham and white wine, cover and cook till cabbage wilts.
  3. Transfer to a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Heat Bechamel sauce with cream, season well and pour over cabbage. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180C/350F for 20 min till casserole bubbles and the top is golden.
