- 1/2 lrg onion -- minced
- 1/2 x green pepper -- minced
- 16 ounce tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 clv garlic -- chopped
- 1 sm cabbage head -- cubed
Direcciones
- In large skillet, brown grnd beef; drain. Add in onion, green pepper, and tomato sauce. Add in seasonings. Cut cabbage into cubes; pull apart a little. Add in cabbage. Simmer 10-20 min in covered skillet.
