- Cabbage – 100 grams (or 1 packed cup when shredded)
- Green chili – 1 or 2
- Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Carom seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk – 1 tablespoon (or as much as needed to knead the dough)
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon (for kneading) + 1/2 teaspoon per paratha for cooking
