Ingredientes

  • 2 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy pot.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients, then add in the lowfat milk and water. Pour the batter into the warm oil, and allow a crust to create on the bottom before stirring. Reduce heat to low and stir occasionally; cook for about 15 min.
  3. Serve in bowls with lowfat milk and sugar, like a warm cereal.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
