Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Bell pepper, minced
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 2/3 stk butter
  • 1 c. Rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (10-ounce) chicken broth, undiluted
  • 1 can (small) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 med Jalapeno pepper, minced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry on:on and bell pepper in margarine or possibly butter. Add in rice, stir. Add in chicken broth. Stir in mushrooms and Jalapena pepper. (Needs no salt or possibly black pepper for taste.) Bring to a boil and cook for 5 min. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 min. Remove from heat, leave cover on for 10 min. Fluff with fork and serve.
